Fidele El Achkar is the founder of FoodSight sal, an online marketplace providing multiple services focused on consulting services to the agro-food industry through a freelance platform. Fidele brings more than 10 years of experience in the food industry field from quality control, assurance, food safety, auditing, training, compliance, standardization, and others. This is in addition to her entrepreneurial experience, youth and women empowerment, digital training, mentorship, and coaching. Fidele holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry, and another Master's degree in Food Technology, both from the Lebanese University. She has been also supporting new businesses and startups in various sectors and from multiple countries as mentor, trainer and coach, on a one-on-one basis and as part of multinational programs.
