Accompanying Person

Accompanying Persons are individuals who attend the conference with conference participants. They can be a son or daughter, a spouse or family partner, or both. They must register under this category. Please be aware that academic or Business partners are not permitted to register as Accompanying Persons and do not meet the requirements to do so. Academic and Business partners Access to the conference room, tea and coffee, and lunch will be provided for the accompanying person

Group Participation Registration

For group participation of more than 6 from the same place, kindly contact the respective conference secretary or conference desk via email to get benefits on the registration price for group participants
